Black Colour: If the tile you have filled turns black in the puzzle means that the number or equation of the symbol is wrong and not in the puzzle.

Rules of Nerdle Puzzle Game?

  1. There are eight “letters” 
  2. A “letter” is one of 0123456789+-*/=
  3. A “word” must be a calculation that is mathematically correct so must have one “=”
  4. The number to the right of the “=” is just a number 
  5. The standard order of operations applies, so calculate * and / before + and –
  6. Order matters. If the answer is 10+20=30, then 20+10=30 isn’t close enough.
